Derek John Faulkner 08.12.1927 - 18.11.2016 Died peacefully at home after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family, wife Susan, daughters Frances and Angela and son Peter. Wonderful husband, Dad, Grandad & great Grandad, your were truly a very special man Delboy and will be missed so much. Rest In Peace. Funeral will take place on Friday 2nd December 2016 11.30am at St Thomas Of Canterbury, Woodford Green. All Welcome.
