Constance Edith Hardcastle "Connie" 27.6.1915-24.8.2014 Much loved Mum, Grandma and Great Grandma passed away peacefully aged 99. Service in Celebration of Connies life at St Francis of Assisi Church on Thursday 4th September at 2.30pm.
