Travelling around London is expected to be a lot harder than normal in the coming days as thousands of Tube workers will take strike action.
The London Underground strikes will see members of the Rail, Maritime and Transport Union (RMT) walk out over concerns of job losses and safety concerns.
Held for two days, the Tube strikes are set to make travelling across London more limited with many services not running.
So you don't get caught out, here are the lines set to be affected by Tube strikes this October.
What Tube lines are affected by strikes?
The following services are expected to be impacted by Tube strikes:
- Bakerloo Line
- Central Line
- Circle Line
- District Line
- Hammersmith & City Line
- Jubilee Line
- Metropolitan Line
- Northern Line
- Piccadilly Line
- Victoria Line
- Waterloo & City Line

Sharing what to expect, Transport for London said: "A trade union has announced strike action on Wednesday 4 and Friday 6 October. If the strikes go ahead, there will be severe disruption across the whole Tube network. There will be no Night Tube on Friday 6 October."
When are Tube strikes in October?
Tube workers will go on strike on the following days:
- Wednesday, October 4
- Friday, October 6
Will the Elizabeth Line be affected by October Tube Strikes?
Whilst the Elizabeth Line is not part of the strike action, it could still be affected.
Transport for London (TfL) warns that it may face last-minute changes, this includes trains not stopping at stations shared with the London Underground.
