Set on Florence Dock in Battersea, the short stays are perfect for those always on the move or only staying in the area for a while.

With stays available to book from as little as one night to 89 nights in Battersea it's perfect for whatever the occasion.

The Florence Dock site in Battersea features roof terraces with views of London, a huge co-working space, high-spec community kitchens, a gym, a cinema room, a gaming room, a lounge, and an on-site bar.

The accommodation by Folk was created to promote pillars of community and connection, encouraging social interaction and the formation of new friendships and relationships.

The rental accommodation offers studio apartments along with access to all events and communal areas and covers all bills.

Anyone who books a stay with Folk will get to experience co-living, including all the shared spaces and events programme, on a short-term basis with no contract.
