Sausage dogs from Hornchurch and Upminster have celebrated Halloween in style - dressing up as witches, pumpkins and even lobsters for their walkies in the park.
Around 25 dachshunds and their owners held a "Halloweiner" walk on Sunday (October 27), lapping around Hylands Park, Hornchurch, in "fabulous" costumes.
The adorable dogs sported skeleton jumpers, devil horns, handmade pumpkin puffer jackets and even a dinosaur onesie.
The Halloween walk was set up by the Upminster Sausage Stroll Facebook group, who meet every Sunday at Hylands Park to walk together and socialise with their dachshunds.
Started by Taegan Dumbrill in June 2023, the group has now grown to almost 300 members.
Lisa Wade - who was the first member besides Taegan and is now the admin while she is away travelling - said the Halloweiner event was "fun" and made for a "lovely morning".
She told the Recorder: "Sadly last year it was rained off, so we were all so pleased to wake up to a gorgeous sunny day.
"Dachshund Phoebe came along with her gorgeous puppies for everyone to fawn over - all of them dressed in little matching outfits.
"Owners and dogs had a lovely morning together and we did manage to get a group photo."
Lisa and her partner Ross attended the walk with their three sausage dogs: Daisy, Peggy and their "senior boy" 15-year-old Max.
Part of the fun included a "treat bucket" for the best dressed dog, which went to Cooper - whose owner made him a "brilliant" orange puffer jacket, complete with pumpkins and a skeleton sausage.
Upminster Sausage Stroll also held a picnic at Harrow Lodge Park in the summer to mark a year since the group was formed, with homemade pup cakes and treat-filled party bags.

They are "looking forward" to the next dress-up event - a Christmas jumper walk.
Lisa said the group has formed "good friendships", both amongst the owners and the dogs.
She told this paper: "Dachshunds seem to really recognise and enjoy being with their own breed, and the walks have helped calm down reactive dogs, and make nervous dogs more confident.
"We share advice with each other about the breed all the time, so it is a great place to learn more information and help each other out.
"All the dogs have their own personalities, and are all so different."
