Love Island star Chris Taylor has revealed he will feature in the new Barbie film that is released in the UK on Friday, July 21.

He took to Instagram to say he will star in a “cameo” of “the ACTUAL Barbie film”.

This comes after Taylor and other Love Island stars were invited to the UK premiere of the upcoming film starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling.

The caption to Taylor’s Instagram post includes a range of emojis and reads: “This WILL sound made up…but I’m in the ACTUAL Barbie Film

“No b****y idea how, but here we are…I’m an actual Ken (I talk a lot of s***e so swipe for evidence)

“Wish I had more to say about this, but I still think I’ve imagined it. Thank you to the person who made this happen, you know who you are, you glorious ray of human sunshine

“Anyway, Barbie is in cinema’s next Friday 21st July, get it booked and try not to blink for too long around the middle of the film, quick blinks

Chris shared pictures of himself at the UK premiere for the film alongside other cast members including Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling who play the roles of Barbie and Ken respectively.

Margot Robbie has made it clear she is a big fan of Love Island and she even took selfies with some of the stars from earlier series.

The Australian actress took pictures with the likes of previous Love Island winners Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti as they appeared at the UK premiere of the film.

She was also seen taking pictures with Love Island’s Danica Taylor and Liberty Poole.

Barbie is being released in UK cinemas on Friday, July 21.
