New Dagenham & Redbridge signing Frank Vincent admitted he was 'absolutely buzzing' to join the National League club.
Central midfielder Vincent, 24, became the fourth new signing of the summer for boss Ben Strevens, agreeing a two-year deal until the end of the 2024-25 season.
And having helped Notts County gain promotion to League Two last season, he is hoping for more success at Daggers.
"I'm absolutely buzzing to join this club and get to work," he told the club website.
"A lot of things in my career have led me to this point and I'm excited to kick on and do as well as I can.
"I know what a winning team looks like and how teams can be successful, so I'm excited to bring that quality and mentality to the team."
Vincent began his career in the youth ranks at QPR, then moved to Barnet and Bournemouth.
He had loan spells at Torquay United, Scunthorpe United and Walsall, before joining County in July 2021.
Vincent made 24 appearances for the Magpies, scoring three goals, and Strevens was thrilled to secure his signature.
"We’re really happy that Frank has joined us here at Dagenham, he’ll bring energy and quality to our midfield, which I’m delighted about,” he said.
“If I’m honest I’ve loved the way he has come across when I’ve spoke to him, and he has a real hunger to improve his game too.
“He’s only 24, but he already has a great level of experience in this division and in League Two.
"He’s had success last season with Notts County and now he wants to replicate it."
Daggers begin their pre-season campaign at Aveley on July 8 and also visit Hornchurch (July 15), before hosting West Ham (July 22), Leyton Orient (July 25) and Gillingham (July 29).
They complete their preparations at Northwood (August 1), with the new National League season starting on August 5. Fixtures are due to be released on July 5 (1pm).
