Tower Hamlets netted a last-minute penalty to win a seven-goal thriller with Newbury Forest in Thurlow Nunn League Division One South on Saturday.
Solly Asomah struck twice in the first half, as Chaka Barnett bagged a brace for the visitors, to leave the sides all square at the break.
And after Asomah and Barnett completed their hat-tricks in the second half at Mile End Stadium, Shomari Barnwell kept his nerve to convert from the spot and secure all three points for Kiernan Hughes-Mason's side.
Hotshot Asomah took his tally for the season to 12 from 11 games for Hamlets, who extended their unbeaten run to four matches.
Hutton, meanwhile, had to settle for a point after a goalless draw with Benfleet at Billericay Town's New Lodge ground.
And Clapton Community battled to another stalemate at Brimsdown, as Clapton slipped to a 3-0 home defeat against St Margaretsbury.
Athletic Newham were also left empty-handed in the Essex Senior League, going down by the odd goal in five on the Essex coast at FC Clacton.
