Barkingside, Clapton Community, May & Baker and Newbury Forest all celebrated wins in Thurlow Nunn League Division One South on Saturday.
But Clapton and Enfield Borough were beaten, after Tower Hamlets had lost at NW London on Friday night.
Barkingside got the better of Brimsdown at Cricklefields to record a fourth win in six games in all competitions.
The visitors struck first, but captain Fred Agyemang hit back with a brace before the hour mark - taking his tally for the season to eight - to seal a 2-1 victory for James Wakeling's men.
Clapton Community beat east London rivals Hackney Wick at their temporary home in Witham.
Noah Adejokun put them ahead with a fine strike and James Briggs slotted home from the penalty spot after Fred Taylor was fouled to make it 2-0 at the break.
Wick missed a penalty of their own in the second half, with substitute Terry Amoafo rubbing salt into the wounds with a third goal for the visitors.
May & Baker won by the same margin at Burnham Ramblers, thanks to a hat-trick from Gabriel Odili, having lost 2-0 at Clapton Community in midweek.
And Newbury Forest romped to a 7-3 victory at St Margaretsbury, having fallen two goals behind in the early stages.
Basement boys Clapton found themselves three behind at Wormley Rovers, before Aaron Matomisa grabbed a consolation in a 3-1 defeat.
But Enfield Borough were beaten 4-0 at home by table-topping Dunmow Town to make it five defeats in a row in all competitions, in which they have been outscored 25-2.
Tower Hamlets took a first-minute lead at NW London thanks to a Sebastian Ramirez penalty, but the hosts hit back to lead 3-2 at the break after a second Ramirez effort.
And Hamlets conceded again after the restart as they ended a run of four successive away matches with just three points from a possible 12.
